Physical Health
As of September 2009, I am 5′ 9″ at 166 pounds. This puts me at the very upperbound of 24 BMI, barely under overweight.

My height peaked at approximately 5′ 11.5″ sometime shortly before my junior year in high school. At around age 17, I shrunk to 5′ 10″. At that time, I was in the 90th percentile for height, and 50th percentile for weight within my age. As stated before, I am 5′ 9″ as of September 2009.
I am most likely an ectomorph. My metabolism was always ridiculously quick (I could never gain weight, but I couldn’t really lose it either…), but it seems to have slowed down after moving back from College Station. My most drastic loss was about 9 pounds during a week of Spring Break in 2009, from 153 pounds to 144 pounds, and my only gain has been from whatever weight (over 144 pounds) in April 2009 to 166 pounds in September 2009.
The longest combined distance of running and walking that I’ve ever done was 6.36 miles without a break. It was a very scenic walk from Krysta’s house to my house. I used to be able to run indefinitely, granted that I paced myself (roughly at normal cycling speed). At age 12, I ran 3/4 of a mile and walked 1/4 of a mile in about 7 minutes. It normally takes me about 25 minutes to walk a mile.
My physical endurance is almost completely gone. The only attributes remaining are my medium-length bursts of power.
I’ve had a strong immune system all of my life. I have only been seriously ill twice in my life. The first time was chicken pox during 2nd grade (most likely when I was 7 years of age), and the second time was when I had chronic bronchitis when I was living in College Station. I had coughing fits whenever I tried to utter a single word, and I was coughing up blood. I believe this to be around October 2008, with symptoms reappearing throughout early December. I almost never consume drugs for reasons due to illness.
